Satori Yoga consists of four parts to get you in shape in all areas of your life. Each of these four parts can be done together or separately by clicking on the chapter you wish to practice. They include Energetics for the body, Masterminding for the mind, Emotionalizing for the heart, and Innercises for the spirit. This practice includes empowering mantras and is suitable for all levels.
